Please help me as Im worried about my baby ferret, I got her yesterday she is 8 weeks old, I let my friends daughter hold her and she dropped her from a small height maybe just over a foot, she hissed but I picked her up and she calmed down, she seems to be walking funny but the problem is I didnt get to see her walk before she was dropped so I dont know if she walks properly.....she sort of walks how cats prowl with her front on the floor almost but she picks herself up again when she is being nosey is this normal and I noticed today she has the runs, however when I got her yesterday she went to the toilet and it was solid, I havent changed her diet she is still eating raw chicken which is what the breeder said was best for her to eat....she doesnt seem in any discomfort and is playfull but Im worried about her. Is my TV repairable, or is it dead?

My poor little TV... we have only had it for a few years, but it started doing this weird thing about a week ago. The entire screen would go black except for a thin horizontal line right in the middle of the screen. It would do that then go back to normal, and flicker back and forth, but eventually calm down. But now when I turn it on it goes to the horizontal line for about three seconds and turns itself off. I have to unplug the TV to get it to even turn back on again, but it keeps turning itself back off. In short, my TV is possessed. Other than hiring an exorcist, is there anything that I can do to save my TV, or is it time to break down and buy a new one? Thank you for your advice!

I am 23 years old getting my life started and the greatest lesson i've learn so far is that my life sucks. Where to start. I personally think i was doomed from the start or maybe i just being negative right now because im so depressed. At age 18 senior year in college my grades were never that great i had like a C avg. I was smart but my whole life i moved around so school bored me. Only joy i ever really got was from smoking weed and hanging out. It gave me a liberation from the social phobia i suffer from. Dealing with always being judged and scared to say this or that because of other peoples opinions really took a toll on me. I guess i defined myself by others interpretations of me. Always dressed nice and etc but none of that matters. Lol i always wanted to be a rapper though maybe i should of stuck with that, got to do some shows and record a little bit but during my first year in college i focused so much on that i became delusional. I spent my freshman year in my apt smoking weed and writing raps. I was scared to go to cl because i hated walking by people or people stopping to talk to me. Granted i was popular because i am handsome i guess and me and my friends won the college talent show but still it bothered me doing small talk, it seem so fake and pointless. So i flunked out of college my first year. Sad thing about it was i never really partied crazy and the work wasnt anything too much for me it was just i was scared of society and what it thinks of me, so i stayed in my apt. On my way back home i get into a car accident which my car flips 3times and my bestfriend at the time flys out the window. I made it out alive without a scratch on me. I owed it all to "God" because i said "Lord Please Protect Me" right before the collusion. I was so shook and superstitious of what happen that i didnt even bother trying to get any money out of the accident. I was just happy my friend and I were still alive, he's probably still sitting on checks till this day. Me on the other hand is a different story. So i get back home and i do this rapping thing full time and go to school part time staying with my parents. Everything was going well i hooked up with some people and we formed a record label did some shows and met some celebs it was pretty cool. I met the love of my life during that time also and of course i was smoking weed but idk seems like everything was going smooth. I was comfortable with the community college there and was making Great Grades 3.4 avg. I even transferred schools to a sister college of a university i wanted to attend. Than while i was going to school there my mom wanted me to get a full time job and go to school. I wasn't able to juggle both. Plus the job was me working with the handy cap and i didnt feel comfortable being the only blk person there. Either way my grades fell horrible and i lose the job because i would show up late trying to scram study time and homework before my shift. I was 19 going on 20 during the time and my moms told me I would have to join the military because i was too old to live with her any longer and i needed to make it on my own. So i ended up joining to the Air Force even though i prayed and prayed and prayed that it was the right decession and for the Lords protection. Odd thing is it was 06/06/06 when i first went to the MEPs to be processed in. Spooked me a little. lol either way i got in the Air Force wen through basic barely, the 6wks that felt like 6months in jail. During that time i was healthy and fit, also smarter due to the technical training i received for my chosen career field of computer science. My reading comperhension jumped incredibly i read 30 books in 6months once i reached my first Duty Station. I-Nosc East. They sent me to the most important network security center in the cyber world of the Air Force. I took it for granted maybe it was due to my lack of training and computer literacy. I was basically the phone secretary there. When i arrived in 2007 i was told i would be placed and trained in Boundary Protection/FireWall Network Security. When i left in 2008 i was still answering phones as a secretary and knew just as much as i knew when i arrived it was a dissappointment. I felt like they wanted me to fail while i was there, We had these things called Career Development Courses, i had 7 books and the avg person usually fails them when they take their end of course test. Well when i got there everyone who was around my rank failed besides 1 person. But i was told if I failed mines i would be degraded from my careerfield and placed as a cook?!?! Even though my fellow airmen at the time were going on their 3turns trying to p these test. Needless to say i ped mine with an 88, i was proud of myself but i was alone on that one. I was told it wasnt good enough because the airman before me got a 98. Funny when i was told for the past year it didnt matter what i scored aslong as i ped. Why does my 2001 Century stall after starting?

My car used to stall in the morning right after starting and placing into gear. It starts to chug (almost like back in the day when you had to manually choke a car) and then stalls. It would run fine the rest of the day. I took it to a mechanic who put it on the machine and said that it isn't showing any problems but they replaced the spark plugs. The issue is getting worse as the stalling is becoming more frequent. I was going to try injector cleaner but has anybody experienced this problem or have a suggestion. Thanks.

Landlord not sending utility bills.?

I have been living in the same duplex since Aug. 1st. My roommate and I are responsible for paying the electricity bill for our unit on our own account, but the other utility bills are sent to the landlord who then is supposed to forward them to us and the people in the other unit every month. The cost of the utilities is supposed to be split between the two units equally (which is pretty ridiculous since we are never home so we're paying for a lot of their usage). We didn't receive our first bill until just before Thanksgiving and we received it in person because the landlord was in town; we received three months of utility bills at once! Since we're both college students we kind of forgot about the fact that we weren't receiving bills since we're really busy, but we haven't received a bill since (that's six months of bills!-- and winter time bills at that). I called my landlord the other day and left a message saying that this was getting ridiculous and that we need to be getting bills regularly and he hasn't responded. Is there any way that I can remedy this situation? I'm getting paranoid that somehow I'm going to get an eviction letter or something equally ridiculous for not paying bills that I'm not receiving.

I feel something brewing. Right now there isn't enough instability for WWIII to happen. There have been some uprisings in the middle east but those uprisings were long overdue anyways; they were bound to happen because those leaders are so old and outdated while so many citizens of those countries are so young. It's simply a case of out with the old and in with the new- it's a natural cycle and it doesn't prompt any real cause for concern. HOWEVER, if an uprising did happen in a place that is already a powder keg just waiting to blow, such as Pakistan, the real problems will begin. Pakistan, which is already a nuclear power, is the hotspot. If that happens, India and the U.S. and coalition troops in Afghanistan will be on super high alert. There are a few nations that are cause for concern such as North Korea, Iran, Somalia (which doesn't have a recognized government anyways), and a few African nations but instability in those nations wouldn't be enough to spark a world war. But if anything crazy happens in Pakistan, watch out! The way I see it, things in Pakistan are already hanging by a thin thread right now. That's just my take on it.

Why does it say that my disc is dirty on xbox 360 when it is perfectly new?

The same thing happened with my brand new Gears of War 2 disk. All i did for it to work was use a disk cleaner and restarted my XBox. Even though a disk may be brand new and scrath free fingerprints and the oils from our hands can interfere with the reading of the disks. This is why i suggest to clean your games ever so often to keep them not only protected and scratch free, but fingerprint free as well so they can be read by the system with no problem.

I had an odd dream of people jumping from a staircase to their death what could this mean?

Why am i bleeding on two different brand of pills?

I used microgestin (generic for loestrin fe), for a year and some change. A couple of months ago, I started bleeding for a month. towards the end, I started to feel nauseaous and cramp up very badly (I didn’t have cramps before while on the pill). The doctor changed my birth control to Yas(this will actually be the 2nd time we changed it), and before I started them, the bleeding mysteriously stopped. Literally the same night after I talked to the doctor. I wanted to keep the same pills, but decided it wouldn’t hurt to try out something different as I didn’t want it to happen again. I have been taking Yas for about 3 months now, and last week I started bleeding (I didn’t miss any pills and am not supposed to be on yet-I usually skip the inactive row anyway so that I will not bleed), and it does not seem to be stopping. spend a lot of time in the sun to darken your skin. it might work. i am also very pale, but i do not tan or burn so i have come to a realization that i will always be pale. but give suntanning a try. also, as far as wearing makeup at that age the only makeup id advise someone to wear is maybe a little bit of mascara and lip gloss. though i must admit that at that age i personally went through a thick black eyeliner phase. its not a good look, for anybody. and as far as if you meant makeup like foundation and blush and such, you are still so young, dont be in such a hurry to grow up, adulthood will catch up to you soon enough and hit you like a ton of bricks, then you will be all sad and pathetic through college trying to recapture the times where you could still get away with trick or treating and playing tag without looking creepy. embrace the childhood you still have left.

I am a social phobic. I stay away from large groups and people I don't know. I wish I could be normal but that seems as if it's not worth wishing for anymore. I've been single my whole life. Elderly Dog with bony lump on one side of his head......?

My 11 and a half yr old Border Collie has a hard bony lump on one side of his head which has appeared recently. I agree. If someone wants to use a drug, and does so in a way as to not harm others, I see no problem in it. If they were legalized and regulated there would be far less overdoses as people would know the quantity of drug they are getting. Many drugs are priced extremely high as there are so many people taking a cut, if it was regulated prices would be lower and crime would decrease as people would have less of a reason to steal. Make laws similar to the ones for drinking and driving, public intoxication, so people won't be out of it in public. If these steps were taken I guarantee you would see a decrease in drug related crime and deaths.

Then she started to rant and rave about how stray cats were always pissing on her window ledge, and stinking up her house. She said she wished they were all dead. Partial Bicep Tear? Can torn muscle heal itself like a wound?

I pulled a muscle that connects to my bicep and forearm, i felt a sharp pain going through my forearm and almost like a pulling stinging sensation. my arm turned red. This was all from deadlifting. 3 weeks later I was flexing my arm and I felt a huge pop of pain around my distal tendon. My bicep has shortened a bit and now some of my rotator cuff muscle has been throbbing as well as my upper bicep. if I have a partial tear will the bicep lengthen out again and heal itself? I want the muscle fibers to heal and fuse back together. cant muscle fibers fuse back together? I need all my arm strength for football season. I have not worked out my arms in like 2 weeks since it happened but I need to workout my upper body somehow. every upper body excersise I do requires my bicep!! I cant afford to have anything torn again. the thing is a symptom of a torn bicep is having a whole lot of bruising in that area, and the area to be purple or numb. I havent had any bruising at all, only a red glow on my skin after the incidents happened, the muscle just feels different, when I am flexing it , the muscle feels as if it has receded up higher toward my shoulder. Legal question about leaving a residence before the year lease is up.?

I moved into my home in California in April 07. The home was not cleaned prior to us moving in and there were several items that needed to be fixed. The ceiling has superficial damage from a broken water pipe last winter (b4 I moved in) & a week after I moved in the garbage disposal broke. The GD was finally fixed earlier this week and the ceiling is supposed to be fixed next week. I had a feeling before that the owner was coming into the home without my permission but I did not have proof until last week. My nephew (15 year old) was sleeping when the owner and 2 other people came into my home unannounced and without a legally required notice to look at the ceiling. I tried to file a police report but they will only do it while he is in the home and I have NO way of knowing if he is in the home since my nephew is no longer in th home during the day. I would like to vacate the property and can do so in a week or 2 but I am not sure what he can do to me legally. What are my options?

Why is our puppy eating gr every time he goes outside?

Every time our new 10 week old puppy goes outside he eats gr and leaves! Some friends say it's because he has a tummy ache and other friends say it's because they like it and that it's good for them. Why does my computer keep shutting itself down?

Yesterday I put a dvd of the Nightmare Before Christmas. The language menu at the start popped up, but there was no cursor so I umed it froze and I shut the computer off. When I restarted it I clicked the option "start Windows normally". I thought maybe the digital copy would work, so I put that in and started clicking on any of the files on the disc that I could find because I didn't know how to start it. My computer froze again, so I shut it off and when I turned it back on clicked "start Windows normally" again. This time, I put in a different dvd. It played for not even ten seconds when the picture and sound froze. I moved the mouse but again saw no cursor, so I turned it off and left it off for a few hours. When I turned it back on I put in one of my videogames. Soon after it started a blue screen popped up saying "windows has detected a problem and needs to shut down" and it shut down. When I turned it back on again I entered safe mode and did a system restore. I put my videogame back in and it was okay for a while but then it went back to the blue screen and shut off again. I did the system restore to a "point" from last month, way before yesterday, and I'm still having problems with it.

Can you travel within weeks of ACL surgery?

the problem with flying is the discomfort. I just went through ACL suregery about a month ago and having to sit with my leg bent for an extended period was not a fun adventure. If she can get a seat where she can stretch her leg out without it getting knocked around, then i'd say she should be OK to fly. At two weeks post op she could still be in a little pain in general from the surgery, but it should be getting better

Fish that do well in a bowl?!?

All of those fish listed really should have a filter and heater in a tank size of AT LEAST 5 gallons. I'm appalled at the idea of information such as that being on the internet. Even goldfish don't do well in bowls because they do get really big. Unless you have a 55gallon bowl, don't try goldfish. The only fish that do OK in a bowl are bettas (though it's not the best idea).

Is my Main Coon cat overweight?

I have a 8 year old Main Coon that is the goofiest cat i have ever owned. The vet says he is a little on the heavy side at 22 lbs, but he is very active when he wants to be. He runs around the house, plays with toys like a kitten would and also sleeps a lot too. I give him a cup of dry food in the morning and half of a little can of wet food (not a regular size can but one of those individual size ones). This is all he gets until the next day outside of a few cat treats. So i am wondering if i should be concerned about how big he is if he is pretty active? I know Main Coons are automatically big cats and my vet has never mentioned putting him on a diet. Does anyone else own a main coon and is their cat as big as mine?
