Can i have appendicitis if i still feel hungry and eat well?

i went to the doctor around two weeks ago, the first time it was because i have been throwing up for about a week and i was given some pills like a generic zantac, but before i went to the doctor, my right side hurt a little, then it would go to my left side, now after 2 weeks and i have taken my medication, my right side pain has gotten a bit worse, it feels dull and does not feel like it hurts an awful lot, but i am not sure if it is appendicitis since i been reading the symptoms, and one is loss of appetite, but i still get hungry and eat well. But i wonder what and why i feel like this on my right side. I was told i had Dyspepsia.
