Does anyone remember "Dog Gone Bad" beach shirts from Pamana City cira '86?

I am search for t-shirts which appear in Panama City, Flordia around 1986 to 1988 They featured a character (logo) named "Bad Dog" or "Dog Gone Bad" who was a two dimensional dog in an otherwise three-D world. One showed BD or DGB waking up with a cute blond girl, his clothes and hers are strung around the room with various bottles and party things while frat guys are plastered to window gawking in. Another showed BD walking through a city a la Godzilla and the caption read: "He wouldn't come, he wouldn't sit and he use to be such a good dog! Dog Gone Bad!" The graphic were very clever and well done. In the same time there were Buckwheat (Little Rascals) Surf shirts, which featured Buckwheat saying, "The Waves are O-Tay Today". I only mention this because they may have manufactured the same company. I am ISO the Bad Dog shirts, can anyone help please?
