Fly fishing red fish or trout in Galveston?

I have been trying to get into salt water fly fishing for a while and don't really know where to start... I live relatively close to Galveston TX so i figure its a good place. Any ideas on where or how to try fishing around the Galveston bay area? I am willing to go wherever and have the capability to get places by boat, so any ideas are welcome.
