Should I drop Randy Moss for Mario Manningham?

I'm a lock for the playoffs, which start on week 14, so I am mainly concerned about his late season fantasy value (i.e. once Nicks and Smith return). I have Vincent Jackson, TO, and Roddy White so should I even start him if I do pick him up?
