My baby ferret has the runs?

Please help me as Im worried about my baby ferret, I got her yesterday she is 8 weeks old, I let my friends daughter hold her and she dropped her from a small height maybe just over a foot, she hissed but I picked her up and she calmed down, she seems to be walking funny but the problem is I didnt get to see her walk before she was dropped so I dont know if she walks properly.....she sort of walks how cats prowl with her front on the floor almost but she picks herself up again when she is being nosey is this normal and I noticed today she has the runs, however when I got her yesterday she went to the toilet and it was solid, I havent changed her diet she is still eating raw chicken which is what the breeder said was best for her to eat....she doesnt seem in any discomfort and is playfull but Im worried about her.
