The basis of a counter suit?

I would get copies of your smog papers if you don't already have them. Show them to the Judge it will show the vehicle was in good running condition at that time and yes CA gotta love the as-is in a used car purchase. Also on your smog paper it will state how many miles were on the car when test was done and if you made a copy of your release of liability it would show how many miles had been driven during the test time and time he bought the car not sure that would matter but couldn't hurt to have that info right? I think you should file a counter suit for him to be harring you is rediculous you offered and he refused he should've accepted because chances are he may get nothing out of this case.
