Tim Hortons in Calgary?

Can anyone tell me what the expected pay at a Tim Hortons in Calgary is? My roomate told me that minimum wage out there is $8.40 but that the Tim Hortons pays $14 an hour but there are certain conditions like never missing a day and never being late... Can someone help me out?
