Eatingg too much sugar bad?

Dont be worried about the amount of sugar in fruit because its natural. Just worry about the sugar in other foods. dont eat that kashis go lean i used to eat it too way to sweet and to much sugar substitute it with a good morning shake that you can make with protein, fibre, greens, and all the other goods that's what i do. good luck!
